Simply avoid this property.. Very old property with zero maintenance dirty, smelly rooms with moist floor, towels, and bedings as well 😵‍💫. Bathroom fitting is very old and not working well. Premises is full of grass and insects. Swimming pools tiles are broken. Their safari vehicles are almost in scrap condition. Each and every thing of this property is very old and not maintained at all. Management of this property is very unprofessional. No full-time kitchen available you have to order everything in advance. Food is just average in taste and high in rates. They charged Rs 100 for Poha and tea.

The location of the resort is very peaceful and beautiful. The room was neat and tidy. The food was nice, but a little spicy. They have good activities and local guides. The service was not good. The bowls were cracked and unclean. The other guests were singing karaoke outside so we had to close windows and doors to sleep peacefully. So had to switch on the AC, which was not working and yet separately charged. Overall it's not value for money. This was our second time here after almost a decade. But as they say, second encounter disappointments.

Its the best stay near amba ghat and pawnkhind. The host makes sure that all your needs are taken care of. The food was really good and rooms were very spacious and comfortable

Very good option to stay in Amba Ghat, hospitality of the staff is very good. They can maintain the amenities to give better experience to visitors.

*Don't Go with Family*, owner is arrogant and unprofessional, Room's are not clean *there are lizard and cockroaches* in tha room, Dirty water in swimming pool, swimming pool Tiles are Broken, There Jungle Safari Vehicle are almost scrip conditions, Food quality was not Good, No hot water Service, tha Worst and Dirtyest place ever..
